[Structured ledger](contribution-ledger.json). ## Findings Verified residential-insurer and affiliate receipts: **$46,000 to Senate campaign accounts** and **$926,000 to 15 selected senator-associated committees**. These are different legal recipients; committee coverage is not statewide exhaustive. Across broader P&C organizations, agent PACs and mixed-insurance council contributions as well, the inventory contains **355 direct cash records ($342,000)** and **330 committee cash records ($2,010,000)**. These all-category totals are not exclusively homeowners-insurer money. Current senators account for $276,000 of the direct total; former senators who served during the period account for $66,000. Thus the source evidence strongly supports property-insurer funding but not 100% insurer-only funding. Senate Victory is a separate political source and its receipt is not attributed to an insurer. These sources do not establish that the PAC's donations are homeowners-insurer money. Distinguish PAC donations from Liberty Mutual Group corporate donations. The Florida recipient is a state senator even though the donor PAC also files with the FEC. Nationwide has other PACs, including a distinct Financial & Investments PAC and Florida's Nationwiders committee; those names must not be conflated. Donor strings saying simply Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company are left as reported corporate/unspecified rather than automatically relabeled as this PAC. NAMIC describes its PAC as funded by voluntary personal contributions and governed by member-company executives; it supports both state and federal candidates. FEC C00545194 lists Sentry Insurance Company as its connected organization. Sentry emphasizes business insurance; this is broader property/casualty funding and is not counted in the narrow residential-insurer category. Corporate Sentry receipts and explicitly identified PAC receipts remain distinct. Other sources include Cord for Life, Cellebration MIA, political committees and individuals. Those facts do not establish that its transfer to FFIR originated with homeowners insurers; no pro-rata insurance allocation is made. Major displayed sources include Propel Florida LLC ($500,000), Florida Opinion Leaders ($410,000), Florida Chamber of Commerce PAC ($403,000) and Vista Hotel Partners ($300,000). The mixture does not substantiate property-insurer attribution of its FFIR transfers. FEC C00834747 identifies Higginbotham Insurance Agency as the connected organization and John Robert Pitts as treasurer. The displayed 2025–2026 financial summary reports individual contribution funding. Its transfer to FAIAPAC is an upstream receipt, not an additional contribution to a senator. The Insuring Florida’s Future receipt spells the contributor FARMERS EMPLOYEE AND AGENT POLITICAL ACT. That is insufficient to choose among similarly named state committees. The reported transfer is retained as evidence of IFF funding, without assigning a federal ID, treating it as corporate money, or allocating it to a senator. Every current senator appears in the full report, including those with no verified row. Fifteen recipient committees were reviewed for 13 current senators; the amounts cannot support a statewide combined ranking. Nine additional identical-looking records were conservatively omitted from totals and retained for audit. Some may be separate checks. Refunds reduce cash totals; in-kind support is shown separately. Committee receipts may predate Senate service. Filing lags and report freshness vary. Direct database links open the official search form. The full ledger supplies the exact recipient, donor, date, amount and query window needed to reproduce each row. Committee citations link to specific PDF pages.
